Beginners Tactics for Double-Hand Poker

November 28th, 2015 at 15:21

Double-hand Poker is a current game with old origins. Built on the ancient Chinese domino game and the modern American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the far east with the west in an awesome game for new gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player vs. the dealer, not like almost all other poker games that players play with other gamblers. By betting against the dealer, starting players do not have to worry about other, more knowledgeable individuals winning their cash.

An additional Pai Gow benefit is the relatively slow game pace, beginners can take their time and plan without needing to make quick choices.

It’s also simpler to enjoy for a long time with basically a tiny bit of money after all, to not win, both of your hands needs to be under each of the casino’s hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the regular 52-card basic deck and one joker. The gambler is assigned seven cards face up and the casino receives 7 cards faces hidden.

A five card hand and a two card hand need to be made from the 7 cards, the five card hand has to be stronger than the two card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be higher than the casino’s.
