Poker Aces references two aces being dealt before theflop. It is the strongest attainable pre-flop hand inhold’em Poker. But despite this a good many bettors find themselves on the losing end when dealt this hand.
When you’re given a pair of Aces, you just do not fold before theflop. You are positioned with the greatest achievable hand at this stage of the round. So how do you gamble with Poker Aces ? Do you actually go all-in? I would say absolutely no to that.
Keep in mind, you are looking to generate as much profit out of this strong position. You will want to maximise the possibility. Going all-in will actually drive most players into dropping out before making a wager.
If you’re in the initial spot (first or second to bet), you’ll place a single wager. Any person with good cards will call, hopefully somebody might raise. If there has been a raise do not hop to re-raise or call, wait for a short while – make them think you’re considering your options and then call.
After the flop your tactic will be to eliminate any player that could get a straight or a flush. So I would begin to raise boldly, if you are lucky you will fool 1 player into believing that you are faking it.
If you are in the center or late position (one of the last to place a bet) you will watch as every player calls and then raise. Even with you sitting with a pair of aces, if possible try to avoid a show-down. Protect your hand by forcing the other players drop out after the flop. If you do not abolish your adversaries you risk squandering your hand.
